“We chose White River because we were immediately
comfortable when we met with John Todd the first time. He
and his staff were willing to come out to our house, look at
our current situation, listen to our ideas of what we wanted
to do, and even see if it was viable to add another room to
our house.
So our room addition started with what used to be a bay
window that faced out to our front yard from our formal
dining room. We added on some pocket doors so that when
I’m officing, I can close the doors and be quiet or open if
we’re entertaining so people can flow in and out between
the formal living and the dining room.
White River is set apart by a couple of different
things. All their staff is very professional and very, very
friendly. We found that they had an excellent process at the
beginning of the project. They provide a complete detailed
project plan. They also have a project manager who keeps
you informed along the way, so you know what to expect
every step of the way. They’re also open to changing things
and making modifications without too much fuss or
concern as long as it’s something that you know fits within
the scope of the project. So we found them to be very
collaborative and easy to work with and friendly.”
There are no words for how grateful I am to you and White River for helping Jerry and me as a result of our 6 month ordeal. What started out as a simple foundation lift which
damaged interior walls and ceilings was multiplied by 6
sewer leak repairs. Without our faith in White River to help us repair and recover, the entire experience would have been

I wanted to say that Mark was a very helpful project
manager and continues to work after the end of the job to
help us replace two wood planks which have developed a
creak and popping sound. Manuel, who is delightful and a
really fine professional, is a real gem. Your company has the
best people. I still use Roy for plumbing and Perry for

about what I wanted, showed me some things, and was really
impressed with her professionalism. We took everything
down to the studs. We got all-new fixtures, new vanity, new
countertops, new shower tile, new painting, so basically a
complete redo of the bathroom.
I would never hesitate to use White River again. I
